We are putting Downloads on a website and it would be very helpful if there were some kind of manual that we could put on the site to help site members to figure out how to use Downloads. Even something short and simple would better than nothing. I found a "CmodsDownload 1.9.3 Handbuch.pdf." It is in German and it is for a site administator. I am looking for something for a site user, and preferably in English, though I could translate something from German if necessary.

Also, I cannot find a link to download 2.3.

downloads 2.3 is not yet finished. a manual is in work but only in german for the moment.

Thanks for the reply. I would be interested in the manual in German when it is finished. For our purposes, my translation of it into English would be sufficient. I would be glad to share my translation too, if that would be helpful. I would also be glad to check from time-to-time for the German translation, to see if you all have it ready, so that you do not have to remember to notify me, but where would I check for it? Great, I see that 2.3 is now available. Just checking on the status of the German user manual. When it is available, how will I know? Where will I find it? Thanks in advance. -- Greg

We are currently working on it. I think in one or two weeks it will be ready for release. I will write a news here on cmods-dev when it is available.

Just checking here again. Our site has now upgraded to Downloads 2.4. We would very much like a manual in English. If there is nothing in English, then I could translate something from Germany. Thanks in advance for your help with this. -- Greg

Let me add a bit more: the website group that I am writing on behalf of would like to wait to install Download onto our website until we have a manual. I assume we would be talking about version 2.4 now. You had a manual for a previous version in German. I suspect that you will just be updating that one for versioin 2.4, right? I would be glad to help get that manual into English. If you would be interested in my help, please let me know soon. Otherwise, I think the group will want to look for another option. An update on the status would be greatly appreciate. Thanks again in advance.

Our doc writer isn't active at the moment. So I assume it will take some time to a updated version of the docs. For me it is the same, I' very busy with my job. But it will go on a bit slower but in the right direction
